WhatsApp's rule for businesses. After a customer writes to you, you can reply freely for 24 hours. After that you can only send a template message that Meta has approved, until they write again.
Replying after 24 hoursAbout 40 words you'll hear from agencies, ad platforms and AI companies, in plain words for shop and clinic owners. Each one links to the page where we use it.

WhatsApp's rule for businesses. After a customer writes to you, you can reply freely for 24 hours. After that you can only send a template message that Meta has approved, until they write again.
Replying after 24 hoursThe money you pay Facebook, Instagram or TikTok to show your ads. It goes from your own ad account straight to the platform, and it is separate from our fee.
What you pay, and who gets itSmall programs built around how your business works, such as a stock check, a quote or an order lookup, that an AI assistant can use on its own. You decide what each assistant is allowed to do.
Your own tools, built for AI agentsSoftware that answers your customers' messages for you, day and night, using answers you approved. It takes details, offers free times and hands the chat to a person when it should.
The AI receptionistA setting where every reply the AI writes waits for your team's OK before it is sent. Most businesses keep it on for the first weeks, until they trust the answers.
Why human approval mattersHanding a task you repeat every day to software, so it runs on its own. A reminder sent the day before every booking is a simple example.
Save hours every weekFree times come straight from your own calendar, and a booking made in a chat appears there at once. Nobody can book the same slot twice.
Booking and paymentSending the calls you can't take to another number. With a phone receptionist, missed and after-hours calls go to an AI that answers, books or takes a message.
The phone receptionistWhat you spent on ads divided by the number of new paying customers they brought. If it's lower than what a customer spends with you, the ads are paying for themselves.
The Monday reportWhat you spent on ads divided by the number of people who got in touch. Cheap leads only help if they turn into customers, so always look at cost per customer too.
Lead qualificationShort for customer relationship management: the place where you keep every customer, what they asked and what they bought. It can be a simple spreadsheet or a dedicated app.
IntegrationsClick-through rate: out of every 100 people who saw your ad, how many tapped it. Handy for comparing two ads, but it doesn't tell you who booked.
Facebook and Instagram adsA contract that sets out how a company like ours handles your customers' data for you, only on your instructions. Often shortened to DPA.
Our data processing agreementA small payment taken when someone books, which comes off the final bill. People who have already paid something are less likely to skip the appointment.
Booking and paymentThe European Union's data protection law. It applies when you handle personal data of people in the EU, such as a German patient who writes to your clinic.
Our privacy noticeGenerative engine optimisation: making your business easy for AI assistants to find, understand and recommend when someone asks them for, say, a good dentist in Istanbul. They answer from what is written about you online, so clear facts on your own website matter.
A website that brings bookingsYour free listing on Google Search and Maps, with your address, opening hours, photos and reviews. A complete, up-to-date profile helps you show up when people nearby search.
Google reviews and MapsThe moment the AI passes a chat to a person on your team, for example when a customer asks for a person, complains or asks a medical question. The AI stays quiet until your team is done.
Claiming a chatTravelling to another country for treatment, such as dental work, a hair transplant or aesthetics. These patients often write first on WhatsApp or Instagram, in their own language and late at night.
The Global Patient EngineA quick way to sort the people who got in touch. Hot leads are ready to book, warm leads are interested but not yet ready, and cold leads are only looking. Your team then knows who to call first.
Lead qualificationSomeone with a following on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube who shows your business to their audience, usually for a fee or a free service. The post should say clearly that it's an ad.
The ads and content add-onAn app for talking with a customer face to face when you don't share a language. Ours repeats what it heard, waits for the speaker to confirm, and only then translates.
The in-clinic interpreter appThe questions and approved answers the AI is allowed to use: services, price ranges, opening hours, address. If the answer isn't there, the AI asks your team instead of guessing.
Keeping your answers up to dateTurkey's personal data protection law, number 6698. It sets how businesses collect, keep and share personal data, with stricter rules for health data.
Our KVKK noticeA single web page made for one ad or offer, with one clear next step such as “Book now”. Sending ad visitors there usually works better than sending them to your home page.
A website that brings bookingsSomeone who has shown interest: sent a message, called or filled in a form. A lead isn't a customer until they book or buy.
Lead qualificationTwo ways of telling Meta (Facebook and Instagram) what people did after seeing your ad, such as booking or paying. The Pixel sits on your website; the Conversions API sends the same signal from a server, so fewer are lost. Meta then shows your ads to more people like the ones who booked.
IntegrationsOur one-page report, sent every Monday: what you spent on ads, how many people got in touch, how many booked and paid, and what each new customer cost.
The Monday reportSomeone who booked but didn't turn up. A reminder the day before and a deposit are the two usual ways to cut no-shows.
Bookings and remindersA customer's request to stop getting messages from you. When someone writes STOP, reminders, follow-ups and review requests stop for them.
STOP requestsPosts and videos on your own accounts with no ad money behind them. They build trust with people who already follow you or look you up.
Your social media, handledA link sent in the chat that lets a customer pay a deposit or the full price by card. The money goes to your own account.
Booking and paymentShowing ads again to people who already visited your website, watched your video or messaged you, but haven't booked yet.
Facebook and Instagram adsA short message after a visit asking the customer for an honest Google review. A good system doesn't send one while a complaint is still open.
Google reviews and MapsReturn on ad spend: the money your ads brought in divided by what you spent on them. A ROAS of 4 means €4 back for every €1 spent.
The Monday reportSearch engine optimisation: making your website easy for Google to find, understand and show when people search for what you offer.
A website that brings bookingsAnother company that helps us run the service and may handle your customers' data on our behalf, such as hosting. We list every one, so you know where data goes.
Our sub-processorsA WhatsApp message written in advance and approved by Meta, such as an appointment reminder. Businesses need one to message a customer after the 24-hour window has closed.
Replying after 24 hoursFree times and reminders are shown in the customer's own time zone, so a patient in London and your team in Istanbul mean the same appointment.
Booking, step by stepUser-generated content: videos of real people, not actors or brand ads, talking about your business in their own words. We call them real-people videos.
Real-people videosA short video call where a doctor meets a patient abroad before they travel, answers their questions and gives a quote.
Booking, step by stepThe official way for a business to connect WhatsApp to software, now called the WhatsApp Business Platform: automatic replies, several team members and template messages on one number. It isn't the same as the free WhatsApp Business app on your phone.
