What we provide
The services listed in the offer you accept, for example ads and content, replies, booking, a website or the Global Patient Engine.
Fees and payment
- A monthly fee, plus a one-time setup fee where your offer says so.
- Prices exclude VAT.
- Your ad budget is paid straight from your own account to the ad platforms, not to us.
- For clinics, Meta's WhatsApp message fees are passed on at cost.

Cancelling
Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime. notice period
Your accounts and content
Your ad accounts and pages stay in your name. Lawyer to check who owns the videos, photos and tools we make, and when.
Approvals
No post or ad goes out in your name without your OK. Automatic replies use only information your team has approved, and you can switch on approval mode at any time.
AI replies and calls
- Our assistant says it is an AI in the first reply of every chat, and anyone can ask for a person at any time.
- When the phone receptionist answers a call, it says at the start that it is an AI and, where calls are recorded, that the call is recorded. A caller who does not agree is passed to your team or asked to leave a message.
- Anyone who writes STOP gets no more automatic messages from your number.
- The assistant gives no diagnoses, medical advice or binding prices beyond what your team has approved. You check the information it uses and keep it up to date.
- Offers, birthday and "we miss you" messages go only to people who agreed to receive them, and only after your business is registered where the law asks for it (İYS in Turkey).

Fair use
You agree not to use our systems for spam, misleading ads, unlawful content or to contact people who opted out. We may pause a service that breaks these rules, and we tell you why first. Lawyer to write
Data
