Do people know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. In its first message it says it is your studio's AI assistant and links your privacy notice. It never pretends to be one of your coaches.
Can my front desk take over a chat?
Yes, at any time. Your team sees every chat on their phones. When someone takes one, the assistant stays quiet until they tap “Done”. If a lead asks for a person, your team is alerted, and reminded if nobody picks it up within ten minutes.
What about injuries, pregnancy or other health questions?
