Updates, newest first

We're new, and nothing below is live with clients yet. The tag on each entry says where it stands: built, tested, prototype, research or planned.

A new website, in English and Turkish

A full preview of our new site, with every page in both languages.

The site picks your language from the link you followed, your last choice, your browser or your time zone, and you can switch at any time. Pages for pricing, integrations, comparisons and this list of updates are being added now.

It is a preview only. Our live site has not changed yet.

A wider deck: local businesses, exporters and AI agent tools

A new direction for the company: ads and replies for local businesses, next to the clinic system, and two new services for bigger companies.

  • Customers abroad: finding buyers in other countries for Turkish exporters, emailing them in the company's name, and passing qualified leads to its sales team.
  • AI agent tools: tools built around how a company already works, like stock checks and quotes, that its team and its AI agents can use.

Neither of the two new services is built yet. We'll build the first of each together with the first companies that ask for it.

10Oct2026 · VideoMade

The Global Patient Engine, on video

A two-minute video in English and Turkish, from a patient's first message at night to the Google review after treatment.

The patient's chat stays in German in both versions. What the clinic team sees is shown in English in one and in Turkish in the other, because your team works in its own language.

An honest note: some steps in the video are not finished yet. Photos saved to the patient's private file and the summary for the doctor are built, but still wait for their last connections before they can run.

Opening hours, STOP and reminders for the team

A second round of work on the clinic system, from what we learned making the video.

  • Opening hours and public holidays for each clinic, so a patient who asks for a person is told when the team is back.
  • Replies stay in the language the patient chose.
  • Patients can stop all messages by writing STOP.
  • Medical questions are saved as notes for the dentist.
  • When nobody on the team takes a chat, the team is reminded, then the owner.
  • A pinned queue card in the team's group, an “I'll take it” button and a quiet daily summary at 19:00.
  • The same question from several patients can be answered once.
  • The same message can no longer be handled twice.

Built and switched on in our test setup, but not yet tested end to end or used with a clinic. Some parts wait for the calendar connection before they can be switched on.

9Oct2026 · Clinic systemTested

First replies on a WhatsApp test number

A message sent from a phone was answered automatically, from a set of 16 test answers.

This was a first test on a private test number, with booking and approval mode switched off. We then made replies faster: the system now waits 3 seconds instead of 8 to collect messages sent in a row, and looks up the approved answers before it writes.

Next: testing the hand-over to the team on Telegram, then the whole system, from the first message to the review request.

8Oct2026 · PhoneResearch

Phone receptionist: research done

We compared AI phone services for answering calls in Turkish, Arabic and German.

The plan: calls a business can't take are forwarded to a local Istanbul number and answered by an AI that says it is an AI at the start of the call. Bookings go into the calendar, and messages and urgent calls go to the team on Telegram.

Nothing is built yet. Next come test calls with native speakers, before we choose a provider.

7Oct2026 · Interpreter appPrototype

Interpreter app: first Android build

Our in-clinic interpreter now runs on its own on an Android phone, with no computer needed.

It listens, reads back what it heard, and translates only after the speaker confirms. Numbers, doses, dates and names are read back exactly. It works in ten languages: English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian and Chinese. It keeps no recordings or conversations.

So far it has only been used with made-up test conversations, never with real patients. Before it meets a patient, it moves to paid services that keep no data.

Where it fits in
7Oct2026 · Clinic systemBuilt

Clinic system: first version built

The WhatsApp AI receptionist for clinics, and everything around it.

  • Answers from the clinic's own approved answers, in the patient's language.
  • New answers are saved only after the team approves them.
  • The team's group on Telegram, with approval mode.
  • Consultations booked into the calendar.
  • Reminders, one follow-up and review requests.
  • A reply drafted for every new Google review.
  • Social posts and a weekly ads report.
  • An alert to us if anything breaks.

Every part is built and reviewed. It is not yet live with a clinic.
